Reception - Jubilee Celebrations!
In Early Years this week we have been celebrating the Queen's Platinum Jubilee! We have enjoyed finding out about the Queen and her life through fiction and non-fiction and we know all about her importance to our country. We have had a Royal Tea party, dressed up as royalty and made our own crowns to wear to our Platinum Picnic at the end of the week. We also imagined that we were Queen for the day and painted ourselves wearing her crown! We have written letters to the Queen which we are going to send through the post. We can't wait to see if she writes back to us!
