The Solar System

Sun -
The sun is bright, the sun is light,

The sun is the master, The sun gives us sight.

Mercury –

Mercury is hot, Mercury is never cold,

Mercury is bold.

Venus –

Venus is yellow, Venus is hot,
Venus has volcanoes and other do not.

Earth –

Earth is colourful, it’s green and blue,

Earth has many people, like me and you.

Mars –

Mars is sandy, Mars is foggy,

Mars has sandstorms, Mars is lonely.

Jupiter –

Jupiter is big, Jupiter is far from the sun,

Which makes it gloomy.

Saturn –

Saturn is rocky, Saturn is gassy,

Saturn spins on its side, which makes it quite classy.

Uranus –

Uranus is huge, Uranus is blue,

Uranus is cold, and isn’t in view.

Neptune –

Neptune is far, you can’t really see,

Neptune is blue, same colour as the sea.
